I know the reason why I was rejected. It is my small eyes. I've always been insecure with the size of my eyes as many women are with the size of their breasts. And the popular media certainly had a negative impact. Look at these Japanese cartoons, the characters' eyes are so unnaturally hugely out of proportion...so sexy!
Many Asians take surgery to have double eyelids, which also make their eyes look deeper and larger. According to an old Chinese saying: Eyes are the window to your pants. So size does matter.
I don't have the money to do an eye job. But I hope there are some glasses that can make my eyes look big, like what some bras can do for breasts.
